Ashwini Charitable Trust

Focus: Children and Youth, Education, Girl Child

CHILDREN of daily-wage earners are often at risk of their schooling abruptly coming to an end because of the economic uncertainties of their parents' work. ACT identify these minors and fund their education.

During extreme financial hardship, the urban poor need more family members earning and fewer expenses - and so resort to pulling their children out of school to put them to work.

Hard-working and dedicated students, especially girls, whose families can no longer afford to keep them in education, are selected by Ashwini Charitable Trust for sponsorship, healthcare, mentoring, and more.

Help the Trust support the most disadvantaged children to continue their education. To pay for fees, uniform, stationery and special meals, it costs ₹29,000 per child, per year.
